[TSVN] Enter Log Message dialog in repo browser glitches

(latest nightly, tsvn 1.1.3 r2634)

When I do "Create Folder" directly in the repo using the repo browser,
the "Enter Log Message" dialog pops up after I enter the new folder name.

This dialog behaves a bit strange:
- I cannot position the cursor at the end of the line. The cursor is
shown between the "l" and "y" of "Created folder remotely"
- when moving the cursor, the position of the cursor is not always
between two characters. It seems like the font shown is fixed-width, but
the cursor behaves as if it's not.
- when selecting part of the text, the selected text overlaps part of
the rest (see screenshot)
- once I type something, everything behaves as expected again.
