[TSVN] problems compiling TortoiseSVN...apr.h

From: Kendell Welch <tortoise_at_kdubconsulting.com>

Hello,

Am I supposed to be able to compile with Visual Studio, or do I have to
build the Python compiler as described in the "Build.txt" file?

I have resolved all issues (so far) when compiling TortoiseSVN with
Visual Studio 2003, except for one. I can't seem to find where apr.h is
supposed to be.

The current Apache and (Apache Project) APR sources do not include an
"apr.h" file. They do, however, have the files "apr.h.in", "apr.hnw",
and "apr.hw".

Can anyone tell me where I get the source necesary for these files?

Thanks!
Kendell
