Re: [TSVN] New status cache

I encountered the following in the nightly r6202 (which I suspect is
caused by the new caching:)

When I remove a wc by just deleting all files and folders including the
.svn directories, but not the root folder itself, the cached status on
that root folder stays on the last known status, and I can refresh all I
want, it stays that way. Also, the context menu keeps showing the
update/commit options instead of the Checkout option.

Setting the ExternalCache regvalue to 0 "fixes" it, but when I set it to
1 again, the old status is back.
