[TSVN] Bug: Automatic Chinese log message ;-)

Hi Folks,

Using: TortoiseSVN 1.1.3, nightly Build 2598, UNICODE

When I commit and select "Paste changed filenames", the German string
"Verändert" (Modified) gets pasted with a chinese character instead of an
'ä' (Verändert-> Ver寤ert). If I type an 'ä' on the keyboard, it gets
displayed normally.
