[TSVN] TMerge Display Strange Characters as Whitespaces in Simp. Chinese System

Hi there,

I am using TSVN 1.1.3 stable version. When I was using TMerge with show whitespaces, the whitespaces shows as wired chinese characters or question marks. Turning the display whitespaces off is OK, but the words in the diff bar still suffer from this problem. If you sent ignore all whitespaces in the settings they are all displaying fine.

But what if I needed this feature? I am using Simp. Chinese version of Windows 2000 with all patches (as long as I can find...) installed.
