At the moment, immediatly after opening a WC folder there is a column of
yellow folder icons, and the correct one ones sprogressively replace
them in a trickle down motion. Why not continue with that process?
Those that arn't versioned stay yellow and the rest gradually flip to
their correct status.
I don't here too many complaints about that apart from the speed when
recursing.
The only difference with the new cache will be that the process will be
somewaht quicker.

My assumption is that the visual folder icons could be made to change
last after all the subordiante folders have been recursed into.
