That's a good idea. Check revision 2550.

Now it works like this:
- if "Use 'from' URL" is checked, then both revisions are set by the
selection in the log dialog, no matter from which "Show Log" button
you've started the log dialog.
- if it's not checked, then only the revision for which the log dialog
is started is set.
- the "Show Log" for the working copy doesn't set the revisions.
