Ok, I just tried the last half hour to reproduce what you said here. But
whatever I do, the bugtrack links appear in the log dialog.
I tried updating a folder, single files, multiple files, multiple files
and folders together. But whenever I then hit "Show Log" the bug id's
are converted into links as they should!

So can you please tell us exactly what you did to make the hotlinks
disappear?

It does. The last updated item (local file or folder) is passed to the
log dialog.

There are _some_ situations where those hotlinks disappear. But those
are usually situations where you're working directly with URL's and not
with working copy paths.
