Would you consider that a range of revisions (e.g. 103-107) *included* 103
or not?

It seems that the SVN way of looking at things would be to say that it
doesn't include 103, but that feels completely counter-intuitive to
me. (For example, try going into Word and printing pages 103-107)

I don't really have any useful suggestions how to deal with this... Maybe
it's not even a real problem.
