[TSVN] spellchecker context menu

Hi,

the spell checker underlines words which isn't known in the dictionary.
But if I move the mouse over the word while the text cursor is anywhere
else in the text box, I don't get the "Corrections" menu entry for the
word my mouse is placed.
I'm used to get the menu for the word I'm currently hovering. Can this
be changed so that on a right click the cursor is set to the position
first and then the menu is shown?

By the way, there was a feature discussed here about specifiyng the
spellchecker language for a project. I found "tsvn:projectlanguage" in
the subversion tab in properties dialog which is what I were looking
for, but this it isn't documented yet.
