RE: [TSVN] To all the translators, please use standard header

You made a great progress towards a complete translation. Only 72 strings
left compared to 206 a while ago. Great!

The status for russian now reads:

fuzzy : 30
untranslated: 72
missing hotkeys: 18

Two things you should take care of:
1) Missing Hotkeys means missing accelerators. Example:

# ID:11,#:
# ID:101,
#: ID:101
msgid "&Rename/Move..."
msgstr "§±§Ö§â§Ö§Ú§Þ§Ö§ß§à§Ó§Ñ§ä§î/§±§Ö§â§Ö§Þ§Ö§ã§ä§Ú§ä§î..."

The Rename/Move command has an accelerator key, your translation hasn't.
Please try to add accelerators wherever possible. You can check for missing
accelerators yourself by running "msgfmt --check-accelerators
Tortoise_ru.po".

2) Please add the following lines to the beginning of your .po file:
