I spent some time last week to make all the headers in the translations
consistent, only to find out that some of you are just overwriting them
again with the old, undesired standard text, that contains the wrong
copyright notice and other mistakes.
Please use the following header:

<LIST OF AUTHORS> = (Optional) List of Translators, one translator per line
<DICTIONARY> = (Optional) List of standard terms / translations to use, one
per line
<LAST TRANSLATOR> = modified by poEdit and others, use your own name /
company there
Please set the "Language Team" variable in poEdit to:
"TortoiseSVN translation team <dev@tortoisesvn.tigris.org>"
and not to company / personal names!
