[TSVN] Tortoise Fileicons in Explorer get lost

Hello Together,

i am using Tortoise and its a nice tool. But i have a Problem that the icons
get lost (sometimes) when i start a new explorer window with WIN+E. The mini
icons of the Detailview at the left bottom of the icon are replaced by an part
of another icon e.g. "InterExplorer E". It seems to be only that the green
point (not changed file) has that problem. It appears with different
Overlaysets currently i use Modern. I use Win2K with service pack 4 and
tortoise TortoiseSVN 1.1.2, Build 2205, UNICODE.

When i log in new the icons appear correctly.
