I've committed a file where all the revisions which should be backported
from trunk can be listed. I won't merge any revisions which aren't
approved by at least two people.
The file is located here:
http://svn.collab.net/repos/tortoisesvn/branches/1.1.3/Backport.txt

So change the file and commit it if you want a revision backported.
