The words which cause all the trouble are "To" and "From". I know what
it means, you know what it means, but A. Newbie frequently doesn't see
the last line and assumes that he is merging the changes in the From
tree into the To tree. The fact that it doesn't make sense that way
round doesn't stop people from getting confused and doing it wrong.

Changeset is also a loaded word because in many revision control systems
it is the equivalent of a single SVN revision.
