[TSVN] McAfee virus-Scan slows explorer down when opening svn-folders

hello,

everytime i do something in the explorer the mcafee-shield-programm
needs the whole processor and i have to wait up to 30sec.

i assume tsvn opens every file in my working-directory and checks if it
has changed... and bevore that mcafee has to do a virus-scan on that file.

has anyone had this problem too?
how could i exclude one specific folder from mcafee? (didn't find an
option to do so)
or could ther be another solution for the problem?
