I think this general feature might be useful for statistics gathering, but
I do not understand why you would use it for what you suggest? A big point
of the bug tracking integration was to do it in a manner that allows any
client to participate. For example, Subclipse offers the identical
integration as TortoiseSVN, but a user using the command line or another
client could still participate simply by entering a properly formatted log
message. If you want to enforce a bug ID, you should just parse the log
message and look for it. It shouldn't matter where it comes from.
As it stands now, it is not possible to include revprops in a commit.
There is an open issue ID in Subversion to allow this.
