Win2000 SP4. It only happens when there are enough revs to trigger the
progress dialog (obviously).

My WC is a single folder containing only files (no sub-folders). Making
a graph for any file shows a single item indicating the import/add
revision. Making a graph of the top level shows nothing at all, not even
creation of the trunk (rev 1).
