[TSVN] Revision graph progress dialog glitch

Build 2137

When displaying the revision graph, the progress dialog (Getting
revision info from repository...) remains visible on top of the graph
until the mouse pointer enters the progress dialog.

Displaying the graph for a folder which has no branches or tags shows an
empty graph. Shouldn't there be a single item rather than none?
