Thanks! That will improve the readability/correctness of the graph:
no commits in some week showing as a dot on the horizontal axis (y=0)
instead of a skipping week. (A line graph seems to assume a continuous
scale. If you can't get it working, it would be better to use a bar
graph.)

Correct, indeed no problem in TSVN after switching the locale to
"English (United Kingdom)". Apparently the common week numbering in US is
non-compliant with ISO 8601. The comparison with Outlook added to the
confusion: it seems that the week numbers in Outlook are not determined
by the locale, but by the Calendar Options where the first-week-of-a-year-
rule can be specified.
