[TSVN] TortoiseSVN - FAQ

We are using the Windows 98 version of TortoiseSVN, and whenever we try
to checkout... it hangs. If we dual boot the PC and install the 2000
version of TortoiseSVN, we can checkout the files then switch back to
Win98 and perform any other TortoiseSVN commands with no problem. How
can we resolve this issue?
