It is normal for characters with no graphic representation to be
rendered by Windows with some "default characters" which for some
fonts is a little square. So, unless TSVN explicitly removes them, it
would be normal for two squares to appear in place of the CR/LF
combination.

I would leave just the first line to serve as a reminder.

Here's a related bug: TSVN doesn't keep the previous log messages (or
just when you type something, then click cancel) with arbitrary length
- it cuts them off. So if you type a really long commit log, then the
commit fails, or you click cancel, next time you open the Commit
window and select it from the combobox, it's cut off.
