[TSVN] TortoiseSVN - FAQ

When I try to check out a trunk, an error note is displayed:

PROPFIND request failed on \'/mttp_cx65/trunk\'
PROPFIND of \'/mttp_cx65/trunk\': could not connect to server
(https://svn.exxcellent.de)

I have already downloaded the certification and set my proxy server as
below:

# http-proxy-port = 8080
# http-proxy-username = cn1pb040
# http-proxy-password = Pb983230
# http-compression = yes

Is there anything wrong? Why I cannot check out?
