[TSVN] Enhancement request

HI!

There is already talk in the svn users mailing list about how some support
for case-insensitivity can be done in Subversion itself, but I'd like to
make some suggestion for the client (Tortoise):

If a file in a working copy is being regenerated by a tool with the wrong
case, Tortoise sees it as a local file, not as a modified versioned file.

It would be nice to be able to configure Tortoise that it acts
case-insensitive here. Meaning, that it still recorgnizes the file as
versioned and fixes the filename on commit. It could rename it to *.temp and
rename to the original filename and then commit.

Thanks!

Thomas
