[TSVN] New straight icons

Hi folks,

I have been out and about for a few days so I have only just updated. I like
the new 'straight' icon set - very clean, clear and easy to distinguish.

There was some reference to 'straightening' the curvy delete icon. Can that
be done for 1.1.2?

Someone also preferred the tick mark in the green InSubversion overlay. I
think I agree with that, and also maybe an asterisk in the Modified overlay,
like the subclipse set (matching the 'modified' icon used by most text
editors).

It is not quite as geometrically perfect, but I think the large area of
completely plain colour looks a little odd. The Conflicted triangle is OK as
it is because the area is smaller. What do others think? For 1.1.2 as well?

That's my last 0.03 (Christmas bonus for you).
