About performance :
What is your computer ? We have Celeron 1,5Ghz, 256 Mo of RAM under XP.
Do you have a antivirus ? We have one imposed by our system departement
(Trend Micro Officescan)
Do you have other software running ? (we have Notes and One or to IDE
(PowerBuilder and CAST SQL Builder)

Wrong ;) I modified few things on TortoiseSVN.
I planned to give the modifications last week, but I have the problem of
performance to solve.
It was a big problem for us, the managers was near to say "we buy a product
like ClearCase or MKS" ...

I will give the modification to you next week.

My project is a SCC controler, I begun it in august. I used TortoiseSVN to
execute commands on svn repository. I saw recently the project
TortoiseSVNSCC, we have the same idea ;)
I planned also to contact its developper but ...
The only problem is that Miicrosoft put SCC API under NDA (now VSIP).
I could only give you TortoiseSVN modification and the scc dll compiled :(

My modifications on TortoiseSVN :
- "remove" the display of some windows when coming SCC
- add lock/unlock solution (needed for SCC, I was waiting for SVN to support
it but it's not for the moment)
- add a window with a browser to search bugid (rumdimentary one)
