[TSVN] Install Stops With 2755

    I'm attempting to install TortoiseSVN on W2K.
    
    I had an older version installed and removed it using Add/Remove
    Programs.

    I've installed Subversion 1.1.1 using the installer.

    When I run the TortoiseSVN install I get:

        "The system cannot open the device or file specified."

            (Try Again) (Cancel)

    After clicking Cancel I get:

        "The installer has encountered an unexpected error
            installing this package. This may indcate a problem with
            this package. The error code is 2755."

    I've downloaded the installer twice. Uninstalled and reinstalled
    Subversion. Subversion is working from the command line.
