[TSVN] Select Overlay Set

I've noticed two problems with this dialog. The first is trivial; the drop
down box text is editable.

 

The second is that after scrolling up and down the list a few times, the
overlay icons start getting clipped. This is more visible in the Symbol
View. Hopefully this is easily reproducible.

 

I'm on r2178 on Windows XP SP1.
