Just discovered something else I don't like (besides the fact that a
checkout increases a lot): the neon library is only accessible via
http, not https - and that's something our firewall doesn't like at
all. It blocks DAV access. So I just had a real bad timeout error when
I tried to update TSVN with some svn:externals set.
Bad, bad...

I guess I have to go back to where we were.
