[TSVN] Rename bug

From: Gili <junk_at_bbs.darktech.org>

Hi,

I have file "Abc" commited in subversion. It is impossible to
rename that file to "abc" using TortoiseSVN under win32 because it
gives a "file already exists" error. This is a simple to fix bug and
has no workaround (short of using the cmdline, but this isn't an option
for novice users).

Can you please confirm and fix this bug?

Thanks,
Gili
