How about an octagon instead of a circle for the modified overlay?

Yellow? The folders in Windows are yellow. I suggest orange or a much
darker yellow than the windows folders. Otherwise you won't see a
difference there.

Oh, and don't forget: soon we need another overlay for "locked". ;)
