Hi Nicke,

Thanks for your feedback.

With the 16x16 overlay I can only use 9x9 points. It's difficult to make the
exclamation point visible, but I give it another try. I already improved the
points visibility in the "Modified" icon.

So do I. It's still too bright. I want to make it darker so it resembles the
classic TSVN icon.

Full ack.

I tried to stay close to the classic icon. How about using a bolder or a
yellow exclamation mark? It's not sticking out. Hmm, use screaming colours?

I also thought about using a different shape to indicate the need of action.
My first try was to make the modified Icon look like the commit menu arrow,
but that was hardly visible at all as a 9x9 overlay. If I stick to the
"arrow" idea, I could make it 16x16 so it's really prominent.

Thanks again for your feedback1
Did you try different views in explorer? I think most of the problems apply
to the 16x16 icons (list and detail view), because they are so tiny.
