[TSVN] Problems with Copy To .. dialog

Using latest nightly.

When in Repository Browser, I select Copy To.. to create a branch.

1) I size the dialog to make it larger so I could see more of the URL.
The input field does not change size.

2) If I close and reopen dialog, I cannot even see the input field. If I
resize the dialog, the field is way to the right, off the visible area.

3) It would be nice if there was a browse button to select the URL.
