[TSVN] Problem with reported time in LogMessages dialog

Re. TortoiseSVN 1.1.1, Build 1857, Unicode
On: Microsoft Windows 2000 5.00.2195 Service Pack 4

I've noticed that the times reported by TortoiseSVN are out by 1/2 hour.
Attached is a jpeg showing a screen dump of the LogMessages dialog, and
below is the output from the command line (svn log).

The timezone I am in is '(GMT+09:30) Adelaide', which is currently in
daylight savings (so we're GMT+10:30 right now!). I can't seem to find
any good reason for the times being out by 1/2 hour.

Unfortunately, don't have VS.NET and cannot build the sources, but is
there a problem with SVN::formatDate() [src/SVN/SVN.cpp; line 1726]?
The struct tm * newtime has the field 'tm_isdst', which is not used
when populating systime.

Hope this information helps! BTW subversion is great - thanks to all
the volunteers for their hard work.

Really truly delete the C sources (does TortoiseSVN have a bug? this is
the third attempt!)
