[TSVN] Changing log messages

Hi Folks,

When I change the log message or author using shift-right-click in the log
dialog, TSVN should display the new information immediately (if successful)
without me having to hit F5 to refresh. I also noticed that the modify
logmessage dialog always displays the 80-column marker even if no logwidth
attribute is set.
