Are you sure you're using the latest TSVN? I just remembered after
trying to find a solution for this problem that Subversion already
_has_ a cache which stores username/password during one session!
I just spent an hour trying to implement such a cache myself, and when
I tested it it obviously worked. But then I tried the 1.1.1 client (to
compare) and it only asked me for the username/password once too!

So either you're not using the latest TSVN or your server setup is
seriously misconfigured.
