[TSVN] [RFC] Stop on copy and Get all behaviour

Hi Folks,

Current show log behaviour is always to stop on copy, which is mostly
desireable. If you want info through a copy you have to select
stop-on-copy and click get-all. For copied/renamed files this can be a
pain as get-all always goes back to rev 1.

Would it be possible to make the stop-on-copy flag sticky and make all
show log commands use it, not just get all?

Another related idea: Change GetAll to GetFromRev. This would need an
edit box so you can enter the rev to get from. Default is rev 1 of
course. This could be refined by allowing the edit to include a range,
eg. "1 - 300". But that's just a luxury :-)

Simon
