[TSVN] Graphs and case-insensitive user names

I've just looked at the statistics for the first time, and on the
graphs, the user names aren't case sensitive. We end up with 4 lines:

russell
richard
Russell
Richard

Our passwd file for the repo only has russell and richard in, but it
appears that you can authenticate using Russell and Richard also (i.e.
it is case-insensitive). Could the graph do case-insensitive compares
for users?

The statistics view seems to handle this anyway.
