I like it :-)

More comments:
1. You are showing an average, but you don't say how many weeks that
average covers.
2. You are showing most and least active author. You might add 'number
of authors', 'total commits analysed' and 'total files changed' as
further statistics.
3. If there is only 1 author, the first 3 lines are the same, so if
NumAuthors == 1 you could suppress the most/least active lines.
