[TSVN] Feature request

Hi Folks,

I'd like to have a little improvement in the "close windows automatically"
option

1) make it a combobox with the title "Leave progress dialog open"
2) give it the following four options:
- Always (currently implemented when both boxes are unchecked)
- After merges (currently missing. I'd like to keep the progress dialog open
when "green lines" were shown, so I can immediately check what my co worker
did to the file I was working on)
- Only when conflicts occurred (currently implemented when both boxes are
checked)
- Never (currently implemented when first box is checked)

First time installation default to "Always"
