I would agree with this assessment. Actually, I think I would say that
trying to give these tiny 16x16 overlay icons an XP look probably isn't a
good idea since they are so tiny that you can't even see that they are
XPish. I prefer the old ones with maybe some slight tweaks to improve them
a little bit.
