Excuse my ignorance, but why do we have 7 images within the icon? I can
see why there are different resolutions, but why 2 different designs? In
Win2K I get the darker icons in explorer and the lighter ones when I use
the File->Open dialog, which is confusing (for me - I am easily
confused).

Also in Win2K, in File->Open, the bottom row of the overlay _looks_ like
it has been cut off (could be an illusion) so the . at the bottom of !
is missing.
