[TSVN] RE: Subversion + Client "TortoiseSVN" : Hook's

two things:
 
1) If you have got a question concerning TortoiseSVN ask on the mailing
list. Don't contact any of the developers directly. This is my one and only
reply to your e-mail.

2) There are no things like client side hooks so you cannot create / check
signatures upon checkin / checkout.
