[TSVN] moderators and spam

Sorry, but I have to ask you guys:

Who the hell approves those SPAM mails to this list???
The first time this happened (yesterday) I thought that maybe I did it
accidentally because I remembered reading the moderate mail with the
SPAM in it.
But today I am absolutely sure that it wasn't me who approved that
SPAM mail with the subject "The secret is simple".
So whoever approves mails without checking them for SPAM first: STOP IT!
