[TSVN] restricted number of log messages in log dialog

Would it be possible to restrict the range or number of log/comment
lines returned by the log dialog?

At the moment (I'm using yesterday's nightly) there is the global
"Default number of log messages" setting, the possibility to retrieve
ALL log lines, and the stop-on-copy checkbox. However, as the number of
revisions of our repository grows, the "show all" command is becoming
slower and slower. Imagine a repo with 100000 revisions (not our
situation yet luckily), and the time it would take to retrieve those!

It would be nice to be able to either do a "get x revisions" (defaults
to all) or indicate a revision range.

Another idea would be to have some sort of paging: "Get next x
revisions", "Get previous x revisions" etc.
