Unfortunately I was wrong here - the '#' shouldn't (and for obvious
reasons can't) be part of the URL constructed from bugtraq:url.
Therefore the suggested workaround is really only a workaround and makes
the links from the log unusable.
So I need to force myself to use only one ticket number...
