I'm not sure if this has been fixed since 1769 or not but I've noticed
the following bug:

On the commit dialog, if you type some text and then 'pull down' the
"Comment history" drop down, then the text always gets replaced with
something from the dropdown even if you never selected anything from the

dropdown.

This is, as you may imagine, a little annoying if you've just typed a
long comment but wanted to check the history :)

Perhaps as well as fixing the issue above the behaviour should be
changed slightly so that if you *do* select something from the dropdown,

then it should be inserted into the textbox rather than replacing what's

in it.
