My mistake, I got this minute later I post ;).

right know I checkout my project to local disk. And I tried to commit and
here is the results.

Proces took about 25 to 30 seconds to find that nothing is changed.
TortoiseProc.exe takes 90% of processor and there is very little disk
access.

If I checkout to Unix server and use svn status . in working dir I takes
only 3 seconds.

Does this mean, that tortoise is doing --verbose status before commiting.
