I couldn't reproduce this before but I could doing the above.
I didn't have to re-start explorer to get the tsvn menu items back, just
changed folder - to a different wc but that may not be significant.

Undoubtedly.
My pet peeve is that you can't delete a folder form the left pane if the
contents are in the right, the error isn't helpful and what's so hard about
moving you up the tree?
