It is fairly small, so sounds like a good idea. It needs to stay as a
separate item as well because SVN have a link to it.

There is a brief description of how to use it when run with no paramaters,
but do we need to provide a better doc with examples? And if so, what
format - a plain readme.txt would be OK?
